- Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. (in low season from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 16:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m.)
- Sundays and public holidays, from 8:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. and from 15:00 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. (in low season, closed in the afternoon, virtual reception)
- The hotel is accessible via the digicode from 16 p.m.
At any time, the opening of the main door of the hotel is possible by means of a digicode.
