Pioneer of fine bubble wines of the Loire, Jean Ackerman founds the illustrious Maison 1811 in spectacular cellars dug in the tuffeau. He initiates in our region the elaboration of Saumur Brut and Crémant de Loire according to the traditional method.

Embark on a journey to the Center de la Bulle, a unique scenography, and let yourself be won over by the magic of art in cellars.

The course is punctuated by videos, animations and games for the whole family. Tasting of the emblematic cuvées of the House. Several events throughout the year: Horse in Caves in July / August, Divin Chocolat in early December.
